Director of Creative & Design
Jeff is no stranger to the music industry. He has been touring on and off for over 30 years with artists such as The Imperials, White Heart, Petra, Don Williams, Michael W. Smith, Lee Greenwood, and the Newsboys. When the need arose to have a rock solid system, Jeff began building his own infrastructure to use while on the road. Other technicians quickly took note of it and wanted the same quality and reliability in their own systems. Jeff has since been channeling his love for building into every project he does. In October of 2014, Jeff left the road life, allowing him to pair up with Steve Spittle of CUR Solutions to focus full time on OCD Labs.
Jason has always had a passion for music, and this passion led him to pursue a career in the music business right out of school. In 2002, Jason’s love for audio and experience working with some of the top touring acts around helped him land a job at an award-winning rehearsal studio based in Nashville, TN. Over the next 15 years, Jason worked closely with many of the most revered professionals in the industry. Jason then met Steve Spittle and was introduced to CUR Solutions. It was immediately evident that a move to CUR Solutions was the right one. Jason’s attention to detail and many years of music industry experience are helping to take the company to new heights!
Steve was raised in a family of musicians and audio engineers. Being immersed in the production industry from a very young age, he aquired a broad understanding of its complexities. Over the course of his career Steve has worked as a professional musician, audio engineer, managed production companies, co-owned and managed Manufacturers Rep Firm Millar Electronics, as well as held positions at some of the top manufacturers in the audio industry, such as QSC Audio and Avid. Steve also accomplished his dream of opening a southern style barbecue restaurant in southern California. When returning home to Nashville, Steve launched CUR Solutions where he set out to provide quality solutions for the entertainment industry. So when the opportunity arose for CUR Solutions to acquire OCD Labs, he was excited to partner with his long time friend, Jeff Nolte.
With a love for music, Tony started touring in fall of 2008 after interning with a production company in Nashville. Filling the role of backline tech, systems tech, production manager, or front of house, Tony has toured with artists like CeCe Winans, Matthew West, Francesca Battistelli, the Sidewalk Prophets, Fireflight, and the Newsboys. It was while he was a systems tech for the Newsboys that Tony got to know Jeff really well and in the winter of 2014, Jeff asked Tony if he would help out with some projects for OCD Labs while they were on the road and Tony has been working for OCD Labs ever since.
Jeff Nolte is no stranger to the music industry. He has been touring on and off since he was 22 and has worked for artists such as The Imperials, Whiteheart, Petra, Don Williams, Michael W. Smith, Lee Greenwood, and the Newsboys. After building himself some gear to use while on the road with the Newsboys, other technicians started to take note of it and wanted some gear built for themselves. Since then Jeff has been channeling his love for building, doing jobs for friends and colleagues part- time, while still touring. Last October, Jeff retired from the road, allowing him to pair up with Steve Spittle of CUR Solutions to make OCD Labs a full-time business.
